I've been blocked by a seller

Seller will not respond to correct the issue; I don't know if he is able to get a message in messaging if I am blocked. how do I reverse this action. Do I have rights as a buyer.

You mentioned to correct an issue. Did you open a return case? If you, you aren't blocked from the case and all communications must be in the return case (if this is your issue). Otherwise, once blocked you can no longer purchase from or communicate with this seller. It is one of the very few seller protections. Buyers have the eBay 30 day money back guarantee.

Ebay allows Sellers to block up to 5,000 eBay IDs for any reason. They will not force the Seller to accept your messages.
