I've been a scammed and need help!

Question

I need help. I won and auction not realizing that the seller was overseas. It was for a 4100$ tool that sold way too cheap. I called eBay to inform them that this was a scam and they said that I must wait until I get the item. I am now no longer able to get a hold of an agent due to the AI bot. The seller shipped me a tiny bracelet. Now I have to go through the return process which would mean me shipping a tiny bracelet back to China. This is for around $600 that I would be out.

Did you open an Item Not As Described Case?

The seller needs to provide you the money to pay for a return label.

Please go through with the return, this is how we as buyers and sellers can get bad buyers removed from the platform.

This is how you get your full refund.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
