I'v been trying for days to order an item, but when I click on "buy now", nothing happens.
Every time I finally get ahold of a real live person, they are in some foreign country, you can hardly understand them, they don't know what to do and then they just hang up. This AI stuff is a mess.

Browser or app? Latest version?
Any difference if you try another browser? Or a private or incognito browser window?
