I want to ask them why my transaction fees are so high they take close half of everything I sale

That sounds frustrating. The call back option can have issues.

Are you using optional listing upgrades or promoted listings?

Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.
