It's terrible that the seller canceled the order but didn't issue a refund.
I bought a $90 necklace on March 29th, but I still haven't received it. When I checked my bill today, I found that the seller had actually canceled the order without giving a refund. I tried emailing them, but they even denied it. I attempted to contact eBay, only to find that the order had been deleted. Oh my god, this is simply terrible! How can an order be canceled without a refund? They canceled the order without my consent at all!

Unfortunately, Ebay will not be able to help you since you are past the 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
Contact the funding source you used to pay for the item.
