It's now 7/10, and Ground Advantage rates under 1lb. are still not correct. When will it be fixed?
I still show First Class as an option under 1lb, and it shows the correct rate. I choose GA, and it starts at $6.99 for calculated shipping, no matter what. But, if you go to the shipping selection screen, tell it to calculate shipping and enter example ZIP codes, the quote is exactly the same price for first and GA. In my example, from 40108 to 90210, it was 5.85. But when I chose GA from the rate calculator, where it showed $5.85, it still displayed as starting at $6.99 when added. When is this going to be fixed, so I can update my listings, which is already going to be a headache and a half?

Mentor3 years agoI am waiting, too. I am sure they are scrambling to get it in place today. Someone posted that it was updated this morning, but I just checked on a draft and still see what you described.
The mentors have asked for a tool to identify the items with first class, or better yet be changed automatically like the items with parcel select. We are still waiting for an answer.

OP3 years agoThat would be the easiest thing. Why they would auto update one shipping type and not the other is beyond me.

Mentor3 years agoParcel select is easy - it is just a name change. Changing first class is actually changing the service you offer.
