It's not fair not to cancel the order that was canceled 5 minutes after making a payment

I purchased an item on 18 Apr and canceled it in 5 minutes, but today the seller canceled my request. Could someone help me find a fair resolution? Why can't it be canceled? Even now, it isn't sent for transportation.

The attitude is completely incomprehensible, and I think that for a platform like eBay, such a precedent should not be allowed.

Sellers are not required to cancel just because a buyer requests it, even within five minutes. Not every seller is a one-person operation that controls all aspects of the shipment, so there is no guarantee that the shipment can be stopped once started, particularly if the seller is drop-shipping from another location.

If the seller neither cancels nor ships, the buyer can file an "item not received" case starting the day after the last estimated delivery date, and then ask eBay to step and after three business days and force a refund.
