Its been days past the 48 hour window ebay gives after case is opened
Is it normal for ebay to take much longer to respond to a case that has been opened up on an item not received? Im dealing with a scam artist seller who sold me an item he clearly doesnt have and he wont cancel and I cant pick it up so I need ebay to resolve this. Its annoying because my funds are being held up the entire time and the guy doesnt respond and now ebay isnt responding. You used to be able to get someone on the phone but of course now you cant. Enshitification!

Mentor1 week agoOnce you file an Item Not Received case, the seller has 3 days to respond with either the tracking number showing Delivered, or a full refund. If neither happens, on day 4, you can go back to the case to close it/Ask ebay to step in, to get a full refund back.

OP1 week agoI did that and now since theyve stepped in nothing is happening and I cant get any response from ebay. Even when I email them I get nothing. Its very odd
