It's been 4 days, no option to report buyer
The Report Buyer form doesn't have an option reflecting non-payment. They did put in a cancel request after winning the auction, claiming to have found a better price elsewhere. I denied the cancel request of course because IDC if they found a better price. How can I get this cancelled and my seller fees refunded?

Mentor2 years agoUnfortunately when you deny a cancellation this does happen. You can't open another one. Although if the buyer hasn't paid you shouldn't have any fees charged yet.
To officially cancel you'd need to reach out eBay.

OP2 years agoP.S. When I try to open an unpaid case, it says the following. I already denied the request, yet this keeps coming up. Why does eBay make it so hard to report a buyer and get them to be accountable?
