It's about seller performance.
At the moment, my performance as a seller in my store has dropped below standard. To improve, eBay tells me I need to generate more monthly sales; however, ever since my seller level was downgraded, they removed the promotional visibility from my listings, and my items are no longer visible. I went from selling 4 to 6 items daily down to making just a single sale in an entire week. The issue is: how can they expect me to sell more when, at the very same time, they strip away my visibility and my reach with buyers?
