Iten never arrived and I can't open a case because is more than 30 days
Summary: stoia09 is frustrated with an item not arriving and receiving no support from the seller or eBay. They mention the item was returned to the seller by the shipping company. lady_madonna suggests checking the Purchase History for an estimated delivery date and provides a link for filing a refund request. If the delivery date has passed by more than 30 days, they advise contacting the payment source to dispute the charge.
Ebay says I can request refund for an item that has not arrived because it is over 30 days from the delivery date. But I have never received a delivery date.
There's nothing I can do do have someone to answer.
The seller wont help. He keeps telling me to call ebay.
I was able to call the shipping company and they said the package was returned to seller.
I dont know what else to do. It isba $50 item that I paid more than $100 to delivery. Never received it, and can get any help.
Any suggestions?

Mentor3 weeks ago · EditedGo to your Purchase History, find the item, and click on Order Details. There HAS to be an estimated date of delivery on that page.
If that estimated date of delivery has NOT passed yet, you CAN file a refund request > https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/get-help-item-hasnt-arrived?id=4042
If the estimated date of delivery HAS passed by more than 30 days, you cannot use Ebay's Money Back Guarantee. You will need to contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to dispute the charge.
