Items viewed with Chrome Incognito mode appear as directed ads on other websites.
While in Chrome Incognito browsing, I viewed several items on ebay.
The next day, using regular (not incognito) Chrome, I opened my the personalized Weather Channel website, which displayed several ads, each containing groups of these items with links to ebay. Each time I deleted one, or selected "not appropriate", another popped up in its place. On my regular ebay, none of the items viewed during incognito browsing appear under browsing history.
