I have a number of items that have been delivered still saying Shipped.How do I fix that and why does it happen in the first place?

@playsomeg This does happen occasionally. There is a disconnect between the carrier and eBay.

Since you are a returning seller that had a break of more than 90 days you will be subject to fund holds of up to 31 days.

You can try contacting customer service to see if you can get your funds released sooner if you provide proof of delivery from the USPS site but I don't think that it will work.

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
