Items stuck in shipping with no movement
Good morning! I have three packages all that went FedEx that haven't had any movement in days. The oldest showing the last movement on December 24th. I called FedEx to file a claim and they said since I purchased the label through eBay ,eBay has to file the claim. Does this sound right? If it does how do I start the process? Well it's not a lot of money there's $105 stuck somewhere and the buyers have already been refunded One of them by eBay through a case so I'm out the merchandise and the money. So I'd really like to figure out how to get this claim taken care of. Is anybody else experienced this problem? Hopeful for everyone to have amazing 2025 sales! Thank you

Thank you so much! That was the exact information I needed! This was FedEx economy, that would be why FedEx told me to reach out to eBay. The link you provided referenced exactly that and it needed to go through eBay, done and filed. Thank You Thank You !

The insurance page actually says you file the claim through fedex. I would start the process with the link on this page - https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/shipping-insurance?id=4643&st=3&pos=1&query=Shipping%20insurance&intent=insurance&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1339
use your same email address that you use for eBay. (I know this is required for UPS claims.) If they send you an email that says eBay has to file the claim, then contact customer service. Or ask on the shipping board - there must be lots of sellers who have filed claims.
