Items still marked as Shipped but have been delivered.
Why are items still marked as shipped when I know they already have been delivered? And how do I fix them.

Mentor1 month agoNot every package gets an acceptance scan or a delivery scan; some that are scanned may not be updated in a timely fashion. Did you get acceptance scans when dropping the packages off at the counter?
eBay will eventually release the funds to the seller unless the buyer complains, though it may take longer than if there was a valid delivery scan.
If you have not sold much recently after a long gap in selling, eBay may hold your funds for up to thirty-one days if you are considered an infrequent seller.
