Items sitting in hub and not delivered
My buyer is extremely upset because items he bought have been sitting in the Ebay hub for several days. He paid a lot for shipping from the U.S. to Canada, and still has not received his items. How can I get help for him? I can't find a way to talk to anyone with Ebay. How long does an item sit in the hub? TIA
