items show returned to seller (me) but werer not returned. customer has all and happy
buyer asked me to combine shipping on multple orders. so I put all thebuyers items in one big box and refunded shippimg charges om all the other orders. Charged a flat rate for big box.
all ot the items i refunded him fo show Item was returned. was not just shipping fee to cusstomer. what should i do next time
