Items shipped to wrong address
Item shipped to the wrong address and now it is lost . The seller says that it's my fault and will not refund my money or send me another part.

Mentor7 months agoSeller must send item to the address ebay supplies them, which comes from you.

https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
Click on view Order Details next to the item and see what address you paid with to have the item sent to.
Are the above addresses correct?
Did you open a Not Received case?
What does the tracking number show?
