Items shipped from East Europe! 21 day shipping time. Why dont Buyers know the Country of Shipping ?

I used to see under the Seller Details area where they are located. Now, I don't have a clue. I bought a small sundry item and was told after it would take almost 30 days to arrive. Seller shipping from East Europe to me in Calif. Insanity! I tried to cancel within 5 mins of purchase and that was declined by Seller.

Every item shows the item location and the estimated delivery date in the right hand column, just below the buy buttons.

Sellers do not have to agree to cancel a purchase, although good sellers will cancel when they can.

If the item does not arrive by the latest delivery date, you can return it at the seller's expense since late arrival will make the item not as described.
