Items selling at a lower price than listed ?

I just got a message from Ebay letting me know that one of my items sold and was waiting for payment. The problem is, I had it listed for 9.99 and somehow the buyer got it for 9.29. How is that possible?

That item shows it sold for $9.99 plus $5.20 shipping. So go check again.
