Items says its shipped but it has already been delivered
I have 2 things I'm selling and they were sold on the 27th of January and have said shipped since. The buyers have already left reviews for that items and it seems like they have already arrived what should I do?

Mentor1 year agoSince you are a new seller, you need to have the tracking show Delivered in order to have ebay send your payouts. Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the transaction. Click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier if the tracking does not show Delivered. Now look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. Hopefully, that will update to Delivered very shortly.
