Items returned to sender/insufficient address HELP!
Summary: judjarkovsk_0 is experiencing issues with eBay orders being returned due to missing the suite number in the delivery address. Despite using the same address since June 2026, this problem arose in September. They have since corrected the address and are seeking guidance on resolving the situation, including the willingness to pay for re-shipping. rfmtm suggests ensuring the suite number is on the first line of the address and provides a link to update address details on eBay.
I hope someone can help me.
I have been ordering items from eBay since June 2026 and having them delivered without any issues. However, in September, my orders were/are being returned to the original sender.
My error: My ship to address did not include the suite number for the business I had them shipped to. It wasn't until September that this was brought to my attention when a seller alerted me that she received the package back. Prior to September my packages were delivered without the suite number. The tracking info shows they were delivered to a delivery box and the seller states that the package was not picked up from the delivery box and that the address was insufficient.
There are six transactions that have incurred this situation. What are my options? I am willing to pay to have them shipped again but the sellers seem to be at a loss as to what to do.
Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Judy
NOTE: I have corrected the delivery address in the system.

Mentor2 weeks agoBest to put your suite number on the first address line after the address not on the second line to avoid this.
Go to your address page and update as needed.

OP2 weeks agoI understand what you are saying, however it does not address my issue.
I did not have a suite number at all and that is why the post office is rejecting my packages now. My question is what is what do I do about these transacations now? How can a seller reship them to me?
