Items return - bought as "guest" prior to making an account
Hi, I purchased an item for my truck that specified it would fit the year make, and model. It even had the correct "model" number on the packaging. however, the item did not fit as it was way too short, and seems that the item was for a Tacoma. I purchased this item prior to creating an account. I got an email to print the return label twice but the link keeps saying " something went wrong" I've tried opening it at different locations. any suggestions on how to return the items? my return date expires on 10/8.

In order to use the link in your email, you must first sign out of your current eBay account. The link will not work if you are signed in to an eBay account if the link is for a guest purchase.
