Items purchased years ago destroyed in fire
Our home was destroyed in the Altadena fires on January 7-8th. We lost a number of antique items that I purchased on Ebay years ago. My purchase history doesn't include my entire purchase history. Is there any way to get it?

Mentor1 year agoYou should be able to see your Purchase History back to 2017.
You may be able to spot some transactions on your feedback page if you exchanged feedback.
You can request a report of your older transactions here by date range:

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.
