Items purchased through paypal from my ebay account

Question

I have purchases paid for through Paypal from ebay and have no details of what they were. When I pull up my Ebay account it shows no recent purchases, yet my Paypal account says there were. Called Paypal and they can not give me the details. They say I need to get that from Ebay. You can not talk with a person from Ebay, so what can I do?

Is it possible you or a family member made those purchases using a different eBay account, or as a guest?

If you are absolutely certain that you did not make those purchases, report to PayPal that you see unauthorized transactions in your account.

eBay can only help with transactions that appear in your own account, not with others' accounts.
