Items paid for using pay pal but still sitting in my eBay shopping cart.
I paid for my items in the cart using pay pal, but items still sitting in eBay cart not processed. I did contact Pay Pal. They have confirmed that my items were paid in full using pay in 4. Pay Pal also confirmed that they have already received my first payment. The problem is the items are still sitting in my eBay shopping cart unprocessed and appears to be waiting for payment. Pay pal rep has stated that there is NO problem from their end, BUT eBay may not have "captured" the payment. Pay Pal has stated the issue/problem is with eBay. I need HELP. Please. Thank you.
