Items paid for ( by bank ) but not shopping in e-bay purchases ow
On 5-11-2026 I bought a 2011 Harley Davidson 883 S ervice manual, and a 2011 Harley Davidson 883 Parts manual . I noticed it was the wrong user name, so I changed it and my password, The Bank shows both items paid for, but neither one shows in my E-Bay Purchases, can not find a phone # to customer service ( Been trying since 5-12 ) what can I do, I can not find out who the sellers were to contact them with out the receipts

Is it possible that you made those purchases using a different eBay account?

OP4 months agoThanks for your help, finally reached a person in customer service, apparently whomever was using the name dropped it and disappeared . We are hoping the bank can recover some of it !

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
