I see you are located in the Netherlands-Antilles. Regardless of your location if an item looks too good to be true then it probably is. There is no way for anyone to determine what a Seller actually has for sale despite what they list.
You can Message the Seller and ask specific questions about the item and see how and if they reply. Check their Feedback history to see if there are any clues from other Buyers about them and their items.

selles id.
So I think that Ebay should look into this stuff.

When you are looking at the Seller's item you can use the question mark link in the lower right-hand corner of the page and Report the listing if you think it violates an eBay policy.
