Items not showing up in my store
Yesterday I had an issue where once I changed one item to local pickup it made all my 900 listings local pickup. I could not get it off. I called eBay and they did several things to get it fixed with no luck. They said I would have to relist them all. The dimensions and weight had come off of all of them. I took them off and began the relist when I notice that nothing is showing up on my store. I have 54 relisted but no entries on my store. Can you help? Thanks so much!

1) When you list an item, it takes time to populate. I see 60+ items on your profile and in your store.
2) You didn't need to end all your listings to remove Local Pickup Only. I am very sorry you were given that advice.
It sounds like you are using Business Policies.
- If you have a main policy such as "Calculated Shipping" but you have one item that needs to be "Local Pickup", create ANOTHER policy that is local pickup and use that for one listing only.
- If you accidentally switch everything to the wrong policy, you can switch them back in bulk edit OR on the Business Policies page here: https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage

OP4 months agoThank you. Yes my listings did eventually show up. Thank you for the information on the business policies, but that is what eBay customer service tried to do and it did not work. They tried about everything and nothing would work. I even tried that before contacting eBay and it didn't work. We are not sure why this occurred to the point that we could not change them all back. I was OMG at first knowing that I would have to begin my store all over but then I remember to keep that positive vibe and realize maybe thats what I am supposed to do. It's kinda refreshing to begin all over and put my items back on while taking inventory and maybe new pictures for old listings. So I'm keeping my positive attitude as I always try to do and get this challenge done. I pray it pays off in the end. Thanks so much for responding I do appreciate it. Take care and have great day!
