Items Not Showing Delivered
I have several items I have shipped and are showing delivered through the USPS tracking number, but even though the number is in eBay's system, doesn't show delivered or even shipped through eBay. This is holding up my funds but they've been delivered. How can this be refreshed to match USPS?

Mentor4 days agoGo to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.

OP2 days agoHow long does that take? I did that two days ago and it still hasn't updated.
