Items not showing delivered
I shipped two items recently - both of which I was having trouble purchasing shipping labels from ebay so I purchased the labels in person directly from UPS. I have since added the tracking numbers to the orders but they were actually delivered before I could add the tracking! I can look up the tracking number and UPS shows both items as delivered but my Ebay seller profile does not show them as delivered. How do I get these items marked as delivered?

Mentor6 months agoYou need to enter both tracking numbers into the ebay transaction so that ebay can see they have been Delivered and process your payout. If no tracking numbers are entered, your payouts will be held for up to 30 days just in case the buyers file disputes. ebay wants to know the funds will be available in case the buyers need to be refunded.
