Items not recieved
I have an item that was shipped Jan 15th but buyer has not received it yet. The tracking is saying it has been at the same place since Jan 27th and arriving late. The buyer has demanded a refund but has not put in a DNR claim. What can I do. This is the first time a package from me has not been delivered thanks

Mentor6 months ago@john61868_9. I see that you use eBay Standard Envelope shipping. If the item was shipped using this method then have the buyer file a not received refund request. Then file the PIP insurance claim. Let me know if you need the link.

IF you shipped with a regular USPS shipping label then you can file a missing mail search IF the buyer is willing to wait.
IF the buyer doesn't want to wait then have the buyer file a not received refund request and refund from the case. This is important so that you can qualify for Seller protection: if you ship using an eBay shipping label within your stated handling time then eBay will refund you out of their pocket if the item arrives later.

OP6 months agoI used an ebay label and shipped within the time frame. It was a 100 dollar item. Thanks for your help.

Then follow my advice after the asterisks.
You can also file a postal insurance claim for lost mail on the USPS site.
Just be sure to have the buyer file an official refund request for a not received item as that's important for eBay seller protection
