ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

ALL OF THE ITEMS THERE WERE NOT RECEIVED WERE PRESALE. EBAY WANTS TO LOWER MY RATING. ONCE THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED BY ME THEY WERE SHIPPED WITHIN 1 DAY. DON'T THEY KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENCE????

You last presale item had a 1 day handling time so you were required to ship within 1 day of purchase, not one day after you received the item. This is why you had late shipments. It did not follow eBay's presale policy and list the correct handling time.
