I sent an order out to a buyer.
they didn’t get it, but the whole order came back to me in the box I used all wrapped up, but with a new label from another person. ( no messages to me from that person)
what is my best course of action to get these to the right buyer? She wants them still. But, I don’t want to pay shipping again.

You can relist the item and the buyer can repurchase the item if they wish.
