Items not received
I have been with eBay since 2010 and lately I have bought several things and some have arrived and others appear as if they were sent and the item never arrives and I try to contact the sellers and they do not answer. I would like you to investigate.

Did you go back and ask ebay to step in after three days if still not received?
Did you check the tracking number with the carrier?
