Items not in purchase history

I purchased a set of used books on Nov 1st. I have the eBay purchase in my Apple Pay, but the books purchased arenâ€™t in my eBay purchase history. I only have received 5 of the 7 books. I donâ€™t know how to get help or contact the seller since itâ€™s not in my purchase history. Any help suggestions?
