Items not "delivered"
Hi there, I shipped out a few items <20$ via PWE the items have already been delivered but for some ebay won't mark the package as "delivered" until the buyer leaves a review. I know the items were delivered as the packages were last seen in the buyers city over 10 days ago. I was told I'd have to contact the buyers and ask them to leave a review but multiple of them are not responding. How do i get my funds off hold please help!
