Items not as described
I'm trying to figure out if I'm entitled to a refund. If the item that I received is not what was described when i purchased it. Then I should be able to return the item for a refund but the seller does state they do not accept returns.

Mentor2 years ago@black-johna The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy which is for buyers remorse returns only... changed mind, wrong size, etc.
You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.

Mentor2 years agoeBay's Money Back Guarantee trumps the sellers return policy.
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
