Items not arrived. Shipped to wrong address
I ordered 2 beach chairs. First, the seller said they were not in stock and would I like a refund. I said yes, a full refund. Then, I got a notice that they were shipped. Today, I got a notice that they were delivered, but they were not. I checked the FedEx site and they were delivered to Colorado. I'm in North Carolina. I believe the seller addressed them to the wrong place. But, I can't now file an item not received claim, because ebay's system insists they were delivered!

u can file a paypal case or credit card dispute
