Items never received for a pre-order back in July
I won two items back in July for two Funko Pops that would be released November. The items were never mailed. The orders show that I paid and they weren't shipped. However, I can't file a dispute as ebay says I have no recent orders. Item numbers don't exist. It won't let me contact the seller either or leave feedback. I'm also unable to view the item that I purchased. What can I do if anything?

Mentor2 years agoSellers are not suppose to list pre-orders unless they can ship them out within 30 days of the listing ending. ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after the last estimated delivery date. If you paid with Paypal, you can file a dispute there as they allow up to 180 days from date of transaction. If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card issuer.
