ITEMS NEVER RECEIVED
Hello, I've placed an order or three pairs of shoes from one seller and paid separate shipping fees on each. The seller provided one tracking number for one pair. It was never delivered to my apartment building. The seller now claims that they combined or three boxes with absolutely no proof and packeted shipping fees for three The eBay refunded me for one pair. Now I have lost $300. 00 Plus but the case was closed and when I have placed a negative feedback it was removed. So it looks like eBay is protecting sellers and buyers have no right what so ever.

"The seller now claims that they combined or three boxes with absolutely no proof and packeted shipping fees for three".
If you bought the 3 pairs of shoes from separate listings the seller had up at the time. Each would have its own tracking number or all 3 would have the same tracking number posted in the Order details. The seller claiming without proof they shipped the three items together would not prevent you from opening 2 more disputes for INR. Since you have a tracking number, try contacting the shipper's customer service dept. by phone. Explain that you were supposedly shipped 3 items in one package which was not delivered. You want to ask them two questions;
1) give the rep your address and ask if that matches the one on the label, do not ask for the actual label delivery address they will not tell you what it is.
2) If you have an idea of what the shoes weigh, tell the rep what that weight is, and ask the rep if they will tell you what the weight of the package was. The rep may or may not tell you what the actual package weight was, but might confirm that it did not weigh enough for 3 pairs of shoes. Try asking if the rep can send an email to you saying the address and package info, type/size/weight didn't match your information.
Since it seems you do not buy on ebay very often, you may not know about the fake tracking number scam, that has come into use on most of the 3rd party listing sites like ebay. When it happens it is difficult to get the info you need to win a dispute or appeal a lost dispute. Read the info I posted in the link below about how to get the information you need to win in that situation.
Because of the fact that you did receive a refund for one of the pairs of shoes. You should probably use the social media option to try and get a refund for the other 2 pairs of shoes. When you write out what happened for the social media rep, if the seller said they shipped the 3 items together in one package, in an ebay message, ask the rep to review your messages with the seller. You will also need to tell them if you bought the shoes from 3 separate listings or from one multiple quantity listing.

Mentor2 years agoIt sounds like you filed the wrong type of case. If you filed an Item Not Received case, you would lose if the seller provided a tracking number showing three pairs was delivered. You should have filed Item Not as Described, because you only received one pair of shoes instead of the three pairs that were paid for. However, if you looked in your Purchase history, does the tracking number show for each pair of shoes, or for one pair? If there is no tracking number for the other 2 pairs, you would file Item Not Received cases for those 2 pairs of shoes.
