Items listed as “open box†are actually refurbished
I reported a listing for an Apple Pencil that was listed as “Open Boxâ€, but in the description it mentions it’s actually refurbished and some of the functions may not work. I got an automated message back that AI was used to determine this doesn’t violate a policy. Super lame. There doesn’t appear to be a way to force a human to review the report. Thoughts?
