Items in cart that are showing as "Unpaid" and "Awaiting Payment"
I made an order and then requested a total from a seller. The order was for two items where the quantity of each was 2. The request for a total was to address the combined shipping request. The seller sent a total but somehow the two items in the order became four items. The resulting quantity of each was 4. The seller was able to send me a new total with the correct quantity of each of the 2 items. I have received the correct order amount from the seller.
The problem is that now I have two items in my cart that are showing as "Unpaid" and "Awaiting Payment". The seller has replied to me that he does not see the two items. He has requested that I contact ebay support to get the issue cleared up.
Does anyone have any ideas?
