items in cart - request shipping
won't be falling for "commit and submit" anymore
too many sellers use this to put whatever price the want on shipping or suddenly losing one item and making me pay full price for other item. All this after requesting the combine shipping and being forced to commit. There's no room for negotiation. Once the seller has your commitment they charge you and ship as fast as they can so you can't cancel. Good sellers know this is unfair to buyers and they preset the combined shipping to assure buyers without the need to request.
If ebay gives this power to dirty players they will use it.
