Items haven’t arrived yet
I ordered two sets of head gaskets for a Kawasaki engine on eBay as a guest. My card was debited the amount, but I never received a confirmation email. I’m assuming that I was ripped off, but how? I do have a statement number associated with the transaction, but I don’t know if it’s supposed to be the confirmation number. I’ve yet to receive the items. Is there a phone number for eBay for me to contact them?

Mentor1 year agoIf you do not see the item in your Purchase history, it sounds like you may have made the purchase as a Guest.
Guest purchases are separate from items you purchase while logged into your account.
Check your email for a message from ebay that includes the PASSCODE that was given to you. Log in with that email address and PASSCODE and you should be able to file a case for Item Not Received, or a Returns Request, as the case may be.
