Items haven’t arrived yet
Items were shipped on 4-10. It’s 4-17. It’s showing the last shipment to a facility yesterday. It doesn’t say where. It was supposed to arrive by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. What do I do

You must wait until the item is late.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
