Items have not shipped
I ordered a product from some Bum seller . Says arriving by April 8th seller has not even shipped yet . I’m not able to open a claim on the item even though today is April 8. What should I do . Seller will not respond to my emails

·2 years agoYou have to wait for the estimated delivery date to pass before you can open a claim (in your case, this is the 8th).
So, you can open an “item not received†case on the 9th.

Mentor2 years agoYou'll be able to open the claim tomorrow after the estimated delivery date passes, if no item or refund.
