Items has not arrived

Question

I purchased this item on the 31 of January. The order was actually placed by mistake. I asked to cancelled my order but my request was declined. My items was supposed to arrive today February 9, 2024 but the item has not arrived infact the item is not even shipped yet. Every time I try to report that my order has not arrived Ebay keeps telling me my order is on the way. I also contacted the seller but no response. What can I do now?

@futures81 . You can file a not received refund request tomorrow. The item has to be a day late before you can request a refund.

@futures81 You need to wait another day or two - you can only open a non-received refund claim after the "latest estimated delivery date" has passed.
