Items enrolled in intl shipping but buyers see a message that it may not deliver to them
It's really frustrating that I've enrolled items into the international shipping program, but I still get messages from international buyers asking if I ship to them. I got a screenshot from a person in Germany showing eBay saying it might not be shippable. I'm also unable to revise & add other intl shipping options to the items.
