Items disappeared according to customer
I currently have a customer that has started a return on ebay after USPS delivered their package with allegedly only 2 of the 6 bottles I sent in 1 package.
They have been blowing me up in messages.
USPS doesnt just take 4 bottles from a package and then tape it back up and drop it off and products dont just disappear. I am losing money bad by selling on ebay. They take over 30%.
Something just doesnt sit right almost like the customer is trying to scam me.
what would you do?
